We are staying in Anchorage Port Stephens for a long weekend. Port Stephens is about 2.5hrs north of Sydney.
Day 1 :

We are staying in a loft suite which is split level with water views from the balcony

Theres a marina with a few nice boats.

Theres a nice pool.

With indoor spa

Dinner is very yummy. Here is our entree, Australian banana prawns.

For breakfast they have a hot and cold buffet.

Day 2:
Today we are going for a drive around Port Stephens. We find Adventure Camel Rides at Stockton Beach.

Also along Stockton Beach is Sand Dune Safaris. We are going to sandboarding.

It's a lot of fun but also very tiring when walking up the sand dunes.

For lunch we head off into Nelson Bay. Plenty of places to eat and a very picturesque town.

Back at Anchorage, my son tries some fishing but no luck this time.

Day 3:
Our last morning in Anchorage, and kids are eating as much pancakes as they can.

One final stroll along the beach.
